product overview
SPTM is a single channel axial displacement monitoring instrument, while DTPM is a dual channel axial displacement monitoring instrument. It is a disk mounted monitoring instrument that measures the relative axial position changes between the rotating machinery rotor and the stationary part. After the signal from the eddy current displacement sensor is conditioned, the magnitude and direction of the rotor axial displacement are displayed on the LED, and the corresponding 4-20mA current and alarm relay switch value are output at the instrument output terminal when exceeding the set value. This instrument has functions such as power outage protection, digital password protection, and circuit self recovery. If there is a fault, it can automatically cut off the alarm output circuit, effectively suppressing instrument false alarms. Suitable for long-term online monitoring of the axial position of various rotating machinery such as steam turbines, water turbines, compressors, blowers, etc.
